摘 要:自双证书制度在高职院校推行以来,在提高学生职业技能、培养学生就业能力、促进教育教学改革等方面发挥了重要作用。伴随科学技术日新月异,我国经济的快速增长,社会需要高质量的复合型技术技能人才,这对高职院校人才培养提出了更高的要求。目前,高职院校双证书制度人才培养模式,已不能完全满足现有职业岗位对人才的需求。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出了开展1+X证书制度试点工作,为职业院校提高职业技能人才培养质量,畅通人才成长通道,拓展人才就、创业本领,提出了指导意见并做了顶层设计。文章从两种证书制度的内涵、关系、特点、优势,以及存在的问题等方面进行了对比阐述,为职业院校更好地实施1+X证书制度和职业教育教学改革提供参考。Since the implementation of the double certificates system in higher vocational schools, vocational schools have played an important role in improving students’ vocational skills, training students’ employment ability, promoting education teaching reform, but the rapid progress of science and technology and the rapid growth of economy in our country need high-quality technical skills talents, which puts forward higher request to talents training in higher vocational colleges. At present, the talent training mode of double certificates system, can not fully meet the needs of existing professional post for talents. The "National Plan for the Reform of Vocational Education" proposes to carry out the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system, which provides guidance and top-level design for vocational colleges to improve the quality of vocational skills talent training, provides unimpeded the growth channel of talents, and expands their employment and entrepreneurial skills. In this paper, the connotation, relationship, characteristics, advantages and existing problems of the two certificate systems are compared and expounded, so as to provide some reference suggestions for vocational colleges to better implement the 1+X certificate system and vocational education teaching reform.
