摘 要:体验式教学是通过课程活动设计体验去感知、理解、领悟、验证教学内容,学生通过不断地反思去提升学生理论联系实际所需的综合能力高效的教学方法。为了实现对高职类管理专业学生职业能力的整体性和个性化培养,建立以行动为导向的学习模式,本文从职业核心能力视角确定高职管理专业学生职业核心能力因素,并将领导力与执行力、有效沟通能力、团队合作能力、突破与创新能力、压力与情绪管理能力、培养作为职业教育培养学生职业核心能力的重点,并以职业心理素质沙盘训练课程为例阐述其课程体系内容。通过调查结果表明学生们参与课程体系的效果与该门体验式教学课程培养学生的目标相一致。为提高该专业学生素质及职业能力,提升高职院校该专业人才培养水平提供实证依据。Experiential teaching is to perceive,understand,comprehend,and verify the teaching content through experience,and to constantly reflect on it.It is a very effective teaching method to cultivate students’comprehensive ability of connecting theory with practice.In order to realize the holistic and individualized training of students’vocational ability for those management majors,and to establish an action-oriented learning model,this paper identifies the professional core competence factors of management majors from the perspective of professional core competence.Abilities such as leadership,teamwork,innovative thinking,stress and emotional management,interpersonal communication,are the focus of vocational education in cultivating students’professional core ability.Secondly,the results of the survey show that the effects of the curriculum system and the goal of training students is consistent.Therefore,the course provides an empirical basis for improving the quality and professional ability of the students and improving the training level of the professionals in higher vocational colleges.
