张謇人才质量观与高职技术技能人才培养

摘　　要：强国富民是张謇人才质量观的逻辑起点,"讲道德""要勤劳""知进取"构成张謇人才质量观的实践维度。借鉴张謇人才质量观,高职教育应将职业道德教育贯穿人才培养始终,加强技能教育和劳动教育,培养学生可持续发展能力,以提高技术技能人才质量。Building a strong and prosperous country is the logical starting point of Zhang Jian’s view of talent quality.“Stress on morality”,“Being Industrious”and“Keep pushing ahead”constitute its practical dimen⁃sion.In order to improve the quality of technical training in higher vocational education,we should draw on Zhang Jian’s view to implement professional ethics education throughout talent training by strengthening both skills training and labor education,and fostering students’ability for sustainable development.
