摘  要:高职院校实施"专业教育与创新创业教育融合"的人才培养模式改革,其成败取决于是否拥有"双师双能"创业导师团队。以南通科技职业学院电子商务专业为例,分析"双师双能"创业导师团队建设存在的问题及成因,提出统一思想认识、完善培养机制、拓宽育人渠道等团队建设举措,为同类院校"双师双能"创业导师团队的建设提供借鉴。The educational integration of profession with innovation and entrepreneurship is the reform of talent training implemented by higher vocational colleges.The key to the success of the reform is the team of entrepreneur⁃ship mentors with“double-qualification and double-competence”.Taking as an example the E-commerce special⁃ty in Nantong Vocational College of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the team construction of the entrepreneurship mentors,and proposes that ideology be unified,training mechanism be improved and channels of education be broadened,hoping to provide experience for other similar colleges.
