摘　　要：加强学校行为文化建设是改进教师行为的重要路径。目前国内的相关研究虽然在领导者行为文化、教师个体行为文化、模范群体行为文化三个方面取得了初步进展,但与学校行为文化、教师行为等概念的丰富内容,以及教师发展实践的复杂性和迫切性相比仍显局限。今后还需充分重视学校行为文化研究的重要作用,重新思辨相关概念,在扩大视野和多学科参与的基础上,丰富研究内容和方法。Strengthening the construction of school behavior culture is an important way to improve teachers’behavior.Though achievements have been made in the studies on leader behavior culture,individual teacher behavior culture and model group behavior culture,more studies still need to be conducted in view of the rich conceptions of school behavior culture,individual teacher behavior culture and the urgent need of teacher development.In the future,we should pay more attention to the important role of the study of school behavior culture,and enrich the research contents and methods by rethinking the relevant concepts,broadening our horizons,and increasing multi disciplinary research.
