摘  要:为了探究半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制子基因StCYS1对马铃薯植株生长发育及块茎酶促褐变的影响,本研究以超表达StCYS1和野生型二倍体马铃薯‘MDS’植株为材料,对植株光合指标、根系发育、产量及块茎褐变情况、PPO活性、总抗氧化能力和游离氨基酸含量进行测定。本研究发现,与野生型马铃薯植株相比,超表达株系的光合能力显著提高,根系更加发达,产量更高。与野生型相比,超表达株系块茎的酶促褐变减轻,PPO活性升高,游离脯氨酸含量和总抗氧化能力显著提高,游离酪氨酸含量下降。试验结果表明,超表达StCYS1株系显著提高了马铃薯植株的光合作用,促进了根系和植株发育,进而提高了马铃薯块茎的产量,超表达StCYS1有效提高了马铃薯块茎的抗氧化能力,降低了游离酪氨酸含量,显著抑制了马铃薯的酶促褐变。To explore the effect of cysteine protease inhibitor gene StCYS1 on the growth and development of potato plants and the enzymatic browning of tubers,StCYS1 overexpressed and wild type‘MDS’diploid potato plants were used as materials to study the photosynthetic index,root development,yield,browning of tubers after harvest,PPO activity,total antioxidant capacity and free amino acid content.Compared with wild-type potato plants,the photosynthetic capacity of overexpression lines was significantly improved,the root system was more developed and the yield was higher.Compared with the wild type,the overexpression lines showed less enzymatic browning,higher PPO activity,higher free proline content and total antioxidant capacity,and lower free tyrosine content.The results show that the overexpression of StCYS1 could significantly increase the photosynthesis of potato plants,promote the development of roots and plants,and then increase the yield of potato tubers.The overexpression of StCYS1 effectively improves the antioxidant capacity of potato tubers,reduces the content of free tyrosine,and significantly inhibits the enzymatic browning of potatoes.
