高中体育教学中开放性教学模式的应用研究

摘　　要：高中体育教学长期处于封闭式状态导致学生得不到有效锻炼,且影响了高中生体育知识结构的创建。而开放性教学模式的出现就可以很好地解决这个问题,通过在高中体育教学中运用开放式教学模式,可以给予学生开放性、不受约束的锻炼目标,同时不会对学生开展体育活动的具体内容做出规定。本文即通过对在高中体育教学中加入开放式教学的优势进行分析,进一步提出有效措施。High school physical education has been in a closed state for a long time,which leads to students’ lack of effective exercise and affects the establishment of high school physical education knowledge structure.The emergence of the open teaching model can well solve this problem.By using the open teaching model in high school physical education,students can be given an open and unrestricted exercise goal,while the specific content of students’ sports activities will not be regulated.This paper analyzes the advantages of open teaching in high school physical education and puts forward some effective measures.
