线上“六环节教学法”研究

摘  要:面对疫情,各级各类学校开启了在线课堂。线上教学无法直面学生,必须重新设计教学环节才能使教学有效。依据掌握学习理论、发现学习理论、“3E”教学理论、学习金字塔理论、反思性教学理论及能力本位教育(CBE)模式,构建“考一考、评一评、说一说、讲一讲、做一做、想一想”六环节教学法,能顺畅实施线上教学。以《客户服务实务》为例,运用六环节教学法开设公开课,教学效果明显,得到师生认同,督导专家肯定。Facing the epidemic,all kinds of schools have started online classes.Online teaching cannot face the students directly,so the teaching link must be redesigned to make the teaching effective.Based on the mastery of learning theory,discovery learning theory,“3E”teaching theory,learning pyramid theory,reflective teaching theory,and competence-based education(CBE)model,the six-step teaching method of“examination,evaluation,speaking,teaching,doing,thinking”is established,which can smoothly implement online teaching.Taking“customer service practice”as an example,the six-step teaching method is used to set up an open class.The teaching effect is obvious,which is recognized by teachers and students and affirmed by the supervision experts.
