摘　　要：将有机化学实验“茶叶中提取咖啡因”与仪器分析实验“高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饮料中咖啡因的含量”结合设计成一个综合性实验。利用HPLC法测定茶叶提取液中的咖啡因,以咖啡因的得率为考核指标,运用单因素和正交实验的探索优化提取其工艺。旨在通过开设综合性实验来提高学生实践的综合能力。A comprehensive experiment was designed by combining the organic chemistry experiment“Extraction of caffeine from tea”with the instrumental analysis experiment“Determination of caffeine in thedrinks by high performance liquid chromatography”.HPLC method was used for the determination of caffeine in tea,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The aim is to improve students'comprehensive ability of practice by setting up comprehensive experiments.
