新媒体视域下高职院校学生党员培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：新媒体的兴起促使众多工作的开展模式可以由线下转为线上,扩展了工作领域也提升了工作效率。在培养高职院校党员的过程中也可以借助新媒体这一新兴的传播形态提升党员的培养效率,由普通的线下党员培养模式转向效率更高、传播内容更加广泛的新媒体网络平台。当然,在新媒体应用过程中会出现培养内容缺乏创意、信息价值不高、平台存在不足等问题,这需要高职院校积极针对困难问题改进教学内容、价值理念引导手段,不断提升党员思维价值理念,创建党员培养的新模式。The rise of new media has promoted the development of many types of work from offline to online,which expands work areas and improves work efficiency.In the process of cultivating party members in higher vocational colleges,new media,an emerging form of communication,can also be used to improve the training efficiency of party members,from the ordinary offline party member training model to a new media network platform with higher efficiency and wider communication content.Of course,in the process of new media application,there will be problems such as lack of creativity in training content,low information value,and insufficient platforms.This requires higher vocational colleges to actively improve teaching content and value concept guidance methods for difficult problems,and continuously improve the thinking value of party members and create a new model of party member training.
