摘　　要：从企业数量、固定资产投资、主营业务收入等方面调研湖南省新IT产业发展,量化分析产业用人需求与学历层次结构;从专业的点数、学生、师资等维度剖析该省高职计算机类专业建设与人才供给。基于“协同学”理论构建高职计算机类专业系统与新IT产业系统的适配模型并进行修正补偿,合理测度二个系统的适配性与发展态势,从人才培养供给侧入手,提出专业结构优化、培养规格强化的高职计算机类专业建设思路。This article investigates the development of new IT industry in Hu’nan Province from the aspect of the number of enterprises,fixed asset investment,main business income,etc..It quantitatively analyzes the industrial employment needs and academic hierarchy,and analyzes the computer specialties construction and talent supply in the province from the dimensions of the number of specialty sites,students,teachers,etc..Based on the theory of“synergy”,a model for adapting higher vocational computer specialty systems to the new IT industrial system is constructed and corrected.Then,it reasonably measures the adaptability and development trends of the two systems.Finally,it starts with the supply side of talent training,putting forward the thinking of the construction of higher vocational computer majors by optimizing specialty structure and strengthening training specifications.
