摘　　要：素质教育是指以个体兴趣为基础,进行广泛的兴趣开发和能力培养,发展不以特定职业或技术技能为目标的促进个体全面发展的教育理念,即“通才教育”。学校中实施素质教育是使学生能成为未来世界新事物、新技术、新知识的探索者、引领者、开创者,为社会的全面发展打下良好的综合素质基础。Quality education refers to the development of an educational concept that promotes the overall development of individuals without targeting specific occupations or technical skills based on individual interests.The implementation of quality education in schools is to enable students to become explorers,leaders,and pioneers of new things,new technologies,and new knowledge in the future,laying a good comprehensive quality foundation for the overall development of society.
