摘 要:产教融合是推动我国职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,也是构建现代职业教育体系的有效发展途径。新中国成立以来,我国职业教育产教融合经历了萌芽初创期、恢复重建期、改革探索期、创新发展期四个阶段。从中国职业教育产教融合政策的历史脉络,分析职业教育产教融合存在的问题,提出政府立法和出台搭建产教融合平台相关政策,院校应积极主动对接地方行业企业发展需求,融入先进职业教育理念、改革教育管理机制和运行体系,建立和健全职业教育产学研合作机制,规范行业企业职业资格认证、积极推动员工专业技能培训等展望。The integration of education with industry is not only an important strategy to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China,but also an effective way to build a modern vocational education system. Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,the integration of vocational education with industry in China has experienced four stages: the initial stage,the recovery and reconstruction stage,the reform and exploration stage,as well as the innovation and development stage. Based on the history of the industry-education integration policy in Chinese vocational education,this paper analyzed some existing problems in the industry-vocational education integration. Several prospects were put forward accordingly. As for government,they should legislate and issue relevant policies to build a platform for industry-education integration. As for vocational schools,they should proactively respond to the development needs of local industries and enterprises. Vocational schools,education administrative department and local government should integrate advanced vocational education concepts to reform the education management mechanism and operation system. Moreover,the industry-academia-research cooperation mechanism in vocational education should be established and refined. The vocational qualification certification of industry and enterprises should also be standardized. Lastly,the professional skills training of employees should be promoted proactively.
