摘　　要：本论文通过挖掘食品工程原理课程蕴含的思政元素,以期发挥课程承载的思政教育功能。在课程改革实践与探索的过程中,我们制定开展了课程思政相关教学设计,将本门课程的思政教学元素归纳聚焦于:家国情怀、职业素养和三观塑造三个方面。旨在强化学生的工程观点,培养工程意识,使其掌握良好的工程学习方法,培养自主学习和终身学习的能力。将不断创新、精益求精、精雕细琢和用户至上的工匠精神以“润物细无声”的方式传递给学生,也将为人处世、待人接物与对待生活等的“正能量”传递给学生。厚植爱国主义情怀、坚定理想信念、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。将思政元素自然流畅地贯穿在教学的相关环节,达到思政教育与理论知识的灌输同向同行,形成协同效应。This paper reports the teaching reform of principles of food engineering for incorporating ideological and political education into the course,wherein,ideological and political education elements were deeply dug and the related educational functions were given full play.In the course of curriculum reform practice and exploration,we developed the teaching design related to ideological and political education,and summarized and focused the ideological and political teaching elements of this course into three aspects:the feelings of the country,professional quality and the shaping of the three-outlook.It aims at strengthening the engineering viewpoint of the students,cultivating their engineering consciousness,making them master good engineering learning methods,and cultivating their abilities of independent learning and lifelong learning.The craftsman spirit of continuous innovation,excellence,refinement and user first is passed to students in a way of“moisturing things silently”,and the“positive energy”of being a person,dealing with people and dealing with life is passed to students.We should cultivate patriotism,firm our ideals and beliefs,and cultivate and practice socialist core values.Ideological and political elements will be naturally and smoothly through the relevant links of teaching,so as to achieve ideological and political education and theoretical education in the same direction,forming a synergistic effect.
