摘  要:对2019年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛地方代表队参赛及获奖基本情况统计分析,同时从省市整体、中职、高职3个视角对获奖数量、获奖学校分布、获奖课程与专业分布进行多维度统计分析,发现参赛热情持续高涨、教学改革优势凸显,但仍存在区域间不均衡,省市内中职、高职间不均衡,学校间不均衡,课程、专业间不均衡等问题。需要坚定立德树人使命、积极深化“三教”改革、促进均衡协调发展,以进一步促进我国职业教育教学改革。This paper makes a statistical analysis of basic situation of local teams participating in Teachers Teaching Ability Competition of National Vocational Colleges Skill Contest in 2019 and their awards,and makes a multidimensional statistical analysis of the number of awards,the distribution of award-winning schools,the distribution of award-winning courses and specialties from three perspectives of the whole province,the secondary vocational schools and the higher vocational colleges.It is found that enthusiasm for the competition continues to rise,the advantages of teaching reform have been highlighted,and there are four imbalances.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions on taking high moral values establishment and person cultivation as the fundamental task,advancing“Three Teaching”reform as well as promoting balanced and coordinated development,which can provide reference for the vocational education reform in China.
