摘  要:在双创教育背景下,高校音乐教师如何增强创新创业教育教学能力,培养创新创业人才,实现教育教学职责的现代转型,已经成为亟待解决的问题。高校音乐教师教育教学职责转型是经济社会发展的需要、学生高质量就业的需要、教师履职尽责的需要。转型期高校音乐教师教育教学的主要职责是全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养社会主义建设者和接班人,当好学生成长成才的引路人。提高创新创业教育行动自觉性、增强创新创业教育教学能力、深化教学改革、健全人才培养机制、实施全程全员全方位创新创业教育是高校音乐教师教育职责转型的实现途径。Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the urgent issue is how the university music teachers strengthen the education and teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,train the related talents,and realize the modern transformation of education and teaching responsibilities,which are the needs of economic and social development,high quality employment of students and duty fulfillment of teachers.The main education and teaching responsibilities of university music teachers in the transformation period are fully implementing the party’s education policy,training builders and successors of socialism,and being good guides for students’development.The realization paths of transformation of education and teaching responsibilities of university music teachers are improving action consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,strengthening the related teaching ability,deepening teaching reform,perfecting training mechanism of talents,and implementing all-range,all-member,and all-round innovation and entrepreneurship education.
