摘 要:中国教育管理史作为教育管理学学科的重要史学基础,对建立中国特色教育管理学、丰富中国教育史具有重要的价值。中国教育管理史研究的百年学术史,经历了"起步—停滞—重启—发展—沉淀"五个阶段,展现出从管理制度到管理人物的研究侧重,形成了以史论为主导的诠释型研究范式。未来中国教育管理史研究还需转换研究视角,以教育管理学学科视角研究中国教育管理史;创新研究思路,关注教育管理现实问题,挖掘教育管理史学智慧;扩展研究范围,均衡教育管理史研究偏好,补足教育管理史研究短板;更新研究方法,借鉴学习多学科研究方法以形成综合研究范式。As an important historical basis of educational management, the history of Chinese educational management is of great value to the establishment of educational management with Chinese characteristics and the enrichment of Chinese educational history. Over the past hundred years, how has the research on the history of Chinese educational management been enriched;what achievements have been made;what are the characteristics of these achievements;what phased characteristics have been presented in the research on the history of Chinese educational management over the past hundred years;how to improve the research on the history of Chinese educational management in the new historical stage;and in particular, how to use the achievements of the research on the history of Chinese educational management to promote the development of educational management with Chinese characteristics, or how to consolidate and improve the level of the construction of Chinese educational management on the basis of the history of Chinese educational management? This study discusses these issues. The hundred year academic history of the research on the history of Chinese education management has gone through five stages of "start-stop-restart-development-precipitation", showing the research emphasis from management system to management figures, forming an interpretative research paradigm dominated by historical theory. In the future, the research on the history of Chinese education management needs to change its research perspective and study the history of Chinese education management from the perspective of the discipline of educational management, innovate research ideas, pay attention to the practical problems of education management and tap the wisdom of educational management history, expand the research scope, balance the research preference of educational management history and make up for the shortcomings of educational management history, and update research methods and learn from multi-disciplinary research methods to form a compr
