摘　　要：文章首先对区域基础教育信息化协同的内涵进行了阐释,随后利用内容分析法,提取了协同产生的关键条件要素并进行了分析。基于此,文章构建了区域基础教育信息化协同产生的"CDL-GRA"模型,并提出协同发展的动力可分为原动力、内驱力和外推力三类。最后,文章提出要以"系统观"引领区域基础教育信息化协同发展方向,以"内联外协"形成区域基础教育信息化协同工作机制,以"内驱外推"激发区域基础教育信息化协同发展活力,以期为未来区域基础教育信息化的建设与发展提供参考。The paper firstly explained the connotation of regional basic education informationization collaboration,and then extracted and analyzed the key condition elements to produce collaboration using the content analysis method.Based on this,the"CDL-GRA"(Context,Dependence,Leadership-Goal,Requirement,Ability)model generating from regional basic education informationization collaboration was constructed.Meanwhile,it was proposed that the dynamics of coordinated development could be divided into three classes of original power,internal driving force and external driving force.Finally,the paper proposed leading the coordinated development direction of regional basic education informationization with"system view",forming the coordinated working mechanism of regional basic education informationization with"internal relation and external collaboration",stimulating the coordinated development vitality of regional basic education informationization with"internal driving and external pushing",expecting to provide references for the construction and development of regional basic education informationization in the future.
