班级心理环境对初中生心理社会适应的影响

摘　　要："心理环境"又称之为精神环境,通常是指一个班级中学生的整体心理环境状态,不仅涵盖教师和学生之间的关系,还包括学生和学生之间的关系,以及班级中的整个班级风气等,这些对教师在育人时都起着积极的作用。本文先是对班级心理环境的作用展开了分析,在此基础上对建设良好班级心理环境的途径展开了探究分析,并对此提出了班级心理环境对初中生心理社会适应的影响。"Psychological environment" is also called mental environment, usually refers to the overall psychological environment state of a class of middle school students, not only covers the relationship between teachers and students, but also includes the relationship between students and students, as well as the class atmosphere of the whole class, etc These have a positive effect on teachers in educating people. This article first analyzes the role of the class psychological environment, and on this basis, explores and analyzes the way to build a good class psychological environment, and proposes the effect of the class psychological environment on the psychological and social adaptation of junior high school students.
