摘  要:中小学教学用书目录是教材管理的重要方式,在落实教材建设国家事权、推进课程有效实施、协调教育和出版部门、推动教材管理规范化、法治化等方面具有重要意义。中华人民共和国成立以来,党和国家高度重视中小学教学用书目录建设,不断改进和完善。新时代进一步完善中小学教学用书目录管理,重点要在强化用书目录管理意识、完善用书目录信息、及时发布用书目录,丰富发展用书目录等方面狠下功夫。The catalogue of textbooks for primary and secondary schools is an important way of textbook management.It is of great signilicance in implementing the national authority for the construction ol textbooks,promoting the effective implementation of the curriculum,coordinating the education and publishing departments,and promoting the standardization and legalization of textbook management,Since the lfounding of the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China and our country have attached great importance to the catalogue of textbook for primary and secondary schools,and have continuously improved and perlected them.In the new era,the key to lurther improving the textbook catalogue management is to ocus on strengthening the awareness of textbook catalogue management,improving the information of textbook catalogue,timely publishing the textbook catalogue,and enriching and developing the textbook catalogue.
