摘　　要：乡村组织既是党和国家的路线方针政策在农村得以贯彻落实的重要抓手,也是各种外源性资源输入乡村社会内部的承接载体。从职业教育与乡村组织的供需关系与耦合情况来看,职业教育不仅对乡村组织振兴大有可为,还可以通过撬动组织振兴这个支点“牵一发而动全身”地助推乡村振兴战略全面、深度与可持续实施。针对当前职业教育在助推组织振兴中存在的动力不足、能力不行、保障不够等问题,本研究认为可以在三个方面进行助力:(1)加强顶层设计,完善职业教育助推组织振兴的保障体系;(2)转变职教观念,增强职业教育助推组织振兴的内在动力;(3)推动职教改革,提升职业教育助推组织振兴的能力水平。Rural organization plays not only the important role in implementation of the Party and national principles and policies in rural areas,but also the intermediate role for receiving various external resources into rural society.Judging from the relationship between supply-demand and the coupling of vocational education and rural organizations,vocational education is not only significant in revitalizing rural organizations,but also can promote the overall,profound and sustainable implementation of rural revitalization strategy through promoting organizational revitalization.Aiming at the current problems such as insufficient motivation,inadequate ability,and inadequate guarantee in the promotion of vocational education,this study promotes the vocational education service from three aspects such as:1)strengthening the top-level design and improving the vocational education to promote the security system of organizational revitalization;2)changing the concept of vocational education and strengthening the inner motivation of vocational education to promote organizational revitalization;3)promoting the reform of vocational education to facilitate organizational revitalization.
