摘  要:无德无以为师,德为师之本。教师职业道德水平的高低直接影响着教育教学质量。基础教育阶段教师的思想品德既关系到教师的社会责任感和工作态度,更影响着中小学生的成长。把握我国中小学教师师德的现状,深刻认识当前加强师德建设的重要意义,针对各种不良师德现象而采取加强师德建设的途径与方法,为打造一支“秉承师道,涵养师德,锤炼师艺,富有师爱”的高素质教师队伍提供助力。No virtue no division,morality for the division of this.The level of professional ethics of teachers directly affects the quality of education and teaching.The ideological and moral character of teachers in basic education is not only related to their sense of social responsibility and working attitude,but also affects the growth of primary and middle school students.Grasp the status quo of teachers'morality in primary and secondary schools in China,deeply understand the significance of strengthening the construction of teachers'morality at present,and adopt ways and methods to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality in view of various bad phenomena of teachers'morality,so as to provide assistance for building a high-quality teachers team that“adheres to teachers'morality,cultivates teachers'morality,cultivates teachers'skill and is rich in teachers'love”.
