摘　　要：“一带一路”扩大教育开放战略给中国基础教育研究者和实践者提出了新的历史使命和研究课题。作为基础教育研究者,必须认真思考以怎样的研究心态融入“一带一路”扩大教育开放战略,思考中国基础教育向沿线国家提供哪些智慧和经验。“一带一路”扩大教育开放战略的实施会开启中外教育文化交流的新局面和新高度,故而基础教育研究者必须坚定文化自信,在此基础上实现基础教育研究路向由外在移植向内在创生的转变,将研究的焦点对准带有中国鲜明印记的教育文化传统和改革开放以来中国基础教育领域所取得的伟大成就,让越来越多的“一带一路”沿线国家充分领略、理解和认同中国基础教育的独特魅力,从而大大增强中国基础教育的国际影响力,在平等的交流与合作中,为世界教育的发展贡献更多才智,提供更多动力。The“the Belt and Road”expansion of the education opening?has given new historical?missions and research topics to our Chinese basic education researchers and practitioners.As a basic education researcher,we must think carefully about integrating into the“the Belt and Road”expansion of the education opening with what kind of research mentality and what kind of Chinese wisdom and experience can we provide for the countries along“the Belt and Road”.The implementation of“the Belt and Road”expansion of the education opening strategy will start a new situation and a new level of Sino-foreign educational and cultural exchanges.Our Chinese basic education researchers have to adhere to cultural self-confidence in the process of Chinese and foreign education exchange.On the basis of which the transformation of basic education research can be made from external transplantation to intrinsic creation and they focus their research on the educational and cultural traditions with distinctive Chinese imprints and the great achievements in our Chinese basic education since the reform and opening up.In this way,more and more countries along“the Belt and Road”will fully appreciate,understand and recognize the unique charm of our Chinese basic education,thus greatly enhancing the international influence of our Chinese basic education and contributing more wisdom and more power to the development of whole world's education in equal exchanges and cooperation.
