摘　　要：对“应试教育”和“素质教育”问题的讨论进行文献分析,梳理“应试教育”和“素质教育”的概念、两者的关系、“应试教育”依然盛行而“素质教育”难落实的原因及对策,为相关探讨和研究提供参考。Examination-oriented Education and Quality-oriented Education have always been the focus in the field of education in our country.The paper tries to review the definition of Examination-oriented Education and Quality-oriented Education,the relationship between them,the causes that why Examination-oriented Education is.more popular than Quality-oriented Education,and the strategies to change the situation,in order to grasp the development of the Examination-oriented Education and Quality-oriented Education and promote the study.
