摘  要:研究银桦叶不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。药材采用甲醇超声提取,分别用不同极性溶剂进行萃取分离,得正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚和水4个不同极性部位,采用普鲁士蓝法、DPPH自由基清除法和ABTS自由基清除法测定评价银桦叶提取物的体外抗氧活性。结果表明,银桦叶不同溶剂提取物均表现出较好的抗氧化活性,且与样品浓度呈良好量效关系,其中甲醇提取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物抗氧化活性最强,是天然抗氧化剂的良好来源。To study the antioxidant activity of different solvent extracts from Grevillea robusta leaves in vitro,the medicinal materials were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,and extracted and separated with different polar solvents respectively to obtain 4 different polar parts of n-butanol,ethyl acetate,petroleum ether and water.The antioxidant activity of Grevillea robusta leaves extract in vitro was determined and evaluated by Prussian blue method,DPPH radical scavenging method and ABTS radical scavenging method.The results showed that different solvent extracts from Grevillea robusta leaves showed good antioxidant activity and had a good dose-effect relationship with sample concentration.Methanol extract and ethyl acetate extract had the strongest antioxidant activity and were good sources of natural antioxidants.
