摘  要:试验旨在建立一种同时测定果汁和葡萄酒中赤藓红、荧光桃红和孟加拉玫瑰红三种红色色素的高效液相色谱法。样品用1%氨水-甲醇溶液(1︰1,V/V)超声提取,经弱阴离子固相萃取柱净化后,用高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果表明,赤藓红、荧光桃红和孟加拉玫瑰红在0.1~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^2>0.9999。各色素在0.5,1.0和2.0 mg/kg的样品加标条件下回收率为86.56%~101.90%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.07%~6.44%(n=10)。该方法中各物质的定量限为0.5 mg/kg。该方法分离度高、基质干扰小、灵敏度高、快速准确,可为果汁和葡萄酒中非法添加或超标添加合成色素的快速准确检测提供重要依据。It is to establish a method to determine erythrosine,phloxine B and rose bengal in juice and wine by high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was extracted by ultrasound with 1%ammonia-methanol solution(1︰1,V/V),purified by weak anion solid phase extraction(SPE)column,then determined by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation of erythrosine,phloxine B and rose bengal was good in the range of 0.25-10.0μg/mL,and the linear correlation coefficient R^2 was more than 0.9999.The recoveries of pigments at 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg levels ranged from 86.56%to 101.90%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 2.07%to 6.44%(n=10).The quantitative limits of three synethesis colorants were 0.5 mg/kg.The method had high separation,low matrix interference,high sensitivity,fast and accurate.It can provide an important basis for the rapid and accurate detection of synthetic pigments illegally added or exceeded in juice and wine.
