社会学视角下地方师范院校师范文化价值重塑的路径探析

摘  要:师范文化作为地方师范院校发展的内生动力,具有非常重要的价值。由于社会变迁等原因,师范文化价值逐渐缺失。从社会学的视角找寻重塑师范文化价值的路径,将会给师范院校的发展提供一些参考。师范文化价值的重塑,取决于地方政府及教育行政管理部门给予的政策以及资金的支持和保障,取决于地方师范院校在现代师范文化服务体系的倾力构建以及对师范生培养的制度文化的有效建构,也取决于地方师范院校师范专业管理者的师范文化发展理念的更新,还取决于地方师范院校的师范专业教师的师范文化自省及师范文化自觉意识。Normal school culture is an endogenous driving force for the development of local normal colleges and universities,which is of great value.However,the value of normal school culture is gradually absent due to social changes and other reasons.If an exploration from the perspective of sociology is made to find the path to reconstruct the normal school culture,it will provide some references for the development of local normal colleges and universities.The value reconstruction of normal school culture depends on several factors,including the support and guarantee of policies and funds provided by local governments and education administrative departments,the service system construction of modern normal school culture,the system culture construction to cultivate students of local normal colleges and universities,the development concept update of normal school culture from the local school administrators,as well as the cultural introspection and awareness of normal school culture from professional teachers in the local normal colleges and universities.
