摘　　要：从“立德”“树人”历史源义、当代新义以及二者关系,阐明了立德树人的内涵,据此内涵界定分析得出了学生工作中要落实立德树人的五个目标:养成良好的道德品质和正确的价值观、引导学生学会学习、培养创新精神、培养健康的心理素质和生命价值观以及培育学生的中国精神。From the historical origins,contemporary new meanings and the relationship between building morality and cultivating talents,this paper clarifies the connotation of building morality and cultivating talents.And on this basis it is concluded that the five goals should be implemented in the work of students:cultivating good moral qualities and correct values,guiding students to learn,cultivating innovative spirit,cultivating healthy psychological quality and life values and cultivating students'Chinese spirit.
