摘　　要："课程思政"作为思政课程的延伸,在培养学生专业成才过程中具有现实意义。以弘扬科学精神、倡导文化自信为主题,食品安全与伦理进行了生动的"课程思政"设计与实践,在达到育人效果的同时,也为其他课程的专业思政建设提供了思路。As an important extension of the ideological and political courses,curriculum ideology and politics is of great significance to the cultivation of students.With the theme of scientific spirit and cultural confidence,food safety and ethics has been practiced effectively to cultivate students.It also provides ideas of curriculum ideology and politics for other courses.
