摘  要:以共生理论为研究视角,对广东省职教城的发展概况进行分析,针对广东省职教城教育资源建设中共生意识薄弱、协同渠道不畅、赋能机制缺失等发展困境,提出基于共生理论的职教城资源共享路径,即通过树立共生发展理念,实现"立德树人"奋斗目标;树立协同发展理念,完善教育资源协同管理机制;树立赋能理念,构建立体式资源共享机制等途径,推进职教城内外整体资源共享,校际师资、文化、信息资源共享,构建一体化人才培养"职教城"模式,从而推动区域内职业教育高质量发展。From the perspective of symbiosis theory, this paper analyzes the development situation of Guangdong vocational education city. In view of the development dilemma of the symbiosis awareness, poor coordination channels, and lack of empowerment mechanism in the educational resources construction of Guangdong vocational education city, this paper proposes the resource sharing path of vocational education city based on symbiosis theory, that is, through establishing the concept of symbiotic development to realize the goal of "fostering virtue through education";establishing the concept of collaborative development to improve the collaborative management mechanism of educational resources;establishing the concept of empowerment to construct the mechanism of three-dimensional resource sharing. In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the region, it is necessary to promote the overall resource sharing inside and outside the vocational education city, the sharing of teachers, culture and information resources among schools, and construct the "vocational education city" mode of talent training.
