摘 要:工程活动在人类社会发展过程中始终发挥着重要作用。随着工程规模不断扩大,工程实践活动对人们的生产生活产生越来越广泛的影响,同时引发了各种伦理问题,因此,对专业学位研究生工程伦理素养提出了更高的要求。但目前针对专业学位硕士的工程伦理教育尚未深入开展。基于工程伦理师资培训及课题组相关实践及研究成果,从工程伦理课程体系建设目标、面临问题及应对策略、案例教学方法等开展研究,以期为我国工程伦理课程建设提供有益参考。通过实践教学表明:该研究成果对完善工程伦理课程体系建设、提高授课质量、丰富案例教学素材和手段,具有重要的指导意义。Engineering activities always play an important role in the development of human society.With the increase of engineering scale,engineering practice has more and more extensive influence on people's production and life,and all sorts of ethical issues are raised as well.Therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for engineering ethics quality of professional degree postgraduates.However,engineering ethics education for professional degree postgraduates has not been fully carried out at present.Based on the teacher training of engineering ethics and the relevant practice and research results of the research group,this paper studies the course system of engineering ethics from the aspects of construction objectives,problems and coping strategies,and case teaching methods.Practical teaching shows that the research results have important guiding significance for perfecting the construction of engineering ethics course system,improving teaching quality,and enriching case teaching materials and methods.
