摘 要:产业学院是产教融合、深度校企合作的具体形式。文章通过厘清产业学院的内涵,分析出产业学院的特性。高职院校建立产业学院可以推动产业转型升级,阐释职业教育的跨界性,同时满足培养高素质技能人才的内在需求。结合高职产业学院的建设实践经验,总结出建设产业学院的步骤为提出需求、资源匹配、建立管理体制、建立运行机制,以及主要建设内容为共建技术协同创新平台、共培双师双能队伍、共建适应产业发展的专业、共育高素质技能人才。Industry colleges is the concrete form of industry-education integration and deep school-enterprise cooperation.Through clarifying the connotation of industry colleges,the article analyzes the characteristics of industry colleges.The establishment of industry colleges in higher vocational colleges can promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and explain the transboundary nature of vocational education while meeting the inherent needs of cultivating high-quality talents.Combined with the practice experience of establishing industry colleges in higher vocational schools,the article summarizes the steps of the establishment,including putting forward demand,matching resource,establishing management system,and establishing operation mechanism.The main construction contents are defined as co-construction of technology collaborative innovation platform,co-training of double-qualified and dual-skilled teacher teams,co-construction of majors suitable for industrial development and co-cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
