我国口腔专科护士发展的现状与思考

摘　　要：随着全民口腔卫生保健的提出,发展口腔专科护士成为必然趋势。本文通过阐述国外牙医助理及口腔卫生士的培养与实践特点以及我国口腔专科护士发展现状,指出我国口腔专科护士发展正处于起步阶段,存在专业教育基础较为薄弱、课程体系缺乏系统性和规范性、考核与认证制度尚未统一、职责范围有待拓展等问题,提出了夯实口腔护士专业教育、开展以岗位需求为导向的口腔专科护士培训、形成统一的口腔专科护士考核与认证制度、拓展口腔专科护士的职责范围等措施,以期能推动我国口腔专科护士的发展。With the development of oral health care for all people,the development of dental nurses has become an inevitable trend.This article describes the characteristics of the cultivation and practice of dental assistants and dental hygienists abroad and the current status of dental nurses in China.It points out that the development of dental nurses in China is in its infancy;the foundation of professional education is relatively weak;the curriculum system is not systemic and standardized;the assessment and certification system has not yet been unified;and the scope of responsibilities needs to be expanded.It then proposes to consolidate the professional education of dental nurses,provide training for dental nurses based on job requirements,form a unified dental nurse evaluation and certification system,and expand the scope of responsibilities of dental nurses,in order to promote the development of dental nurses in China.
