摘 要:目的通过CPR科普教学,提高国民CPR普及率,增强医学生课外实践能力。方法对湖南省长沙市长雅中学初中一年级134名学员进行CPR课堂讲授和操作演示,并对其中的17名学员进行专业CPR模拟培训及考核,5个月后采用问卷调查形式了解初中生学员对CPR教学的主观感受、CPR理论知识的长期掌握情况以及CPR知识传播情况。结果进行专业训练的17名学员考核通过率为88.23%,问卷调查显示78.78%的学员认为CPR教学活动对自身有帮助,并且有53.63%的学员表示会再次参加类似活动,有59.09%的学员会将自己所学的知识传播给身边的人。结论医学生对中学生进行科普教学不仅有利于医学知识的传播,也有利于提升自身学习以及实践能力。Objective In order to increase the popularity of national CPR and enhance the extracurricular practice ability of medical students.Methods 134 junior high school students of changya middle school in Changsha,Hunan Province were given CPR classroom instruction and operation demonstration,and 17 of them were given professional CPR simulation training and assessment.Five months later,questionnaire survey was used to understand the subjective feelings of junior high school students on CPR teaching,the long-term mastery of CPR theoretical knowledge and the spread of CPR knowledge.Results The pass rate of 17 students in professional training is 88.23%.Questionnaire survey shows that 78.78%of the students think that CPR teaching activities are helpful to them,and 53.63%of the students say they will participate in similar activities again,and 59.09%of the students will spread CPR to the people around them.Conclusion Medical students teach science popularization to middle school students is significant.It is not only conducive to the dissemination of medical knowledge,but also conducive to improving their own learning and practical ability.
