摘 要:教育科研是促进学校和教师专业发展的有力助推器。对西部A省M市中小学英语教师调查研究表明,中小学英语教师教科研素养处于中等水平:教育科研意识和教育科研道德素养处于中等以上水平,教育科研理论知识处于中等水平,教育科研能力和教育科研成果处于中等以下水平。中小学英语教师教科研素养在学段和教龄上存在显著的差异性。中小学英语教师职前教育阶段的学习和教育科研自我发展意识是导致西部A省M市中小学英语教师教科研素养在学段和教龄上存在显著的差异性的内部因素,而教育行政部门、教研员的示范引领和中小学校教育科研评价管理制度则是造成存在差异性的外部因素。因此,为提高中小学英语教师教育科研素养,从教师、教育行政部门和师范院校三个方面提出具体对策。Educational scientific research is a powerful booster to promote the development of schools and the professional development of teachers.The investigation shows that the educational scientific research literacy of primary and secondary school English teachers is at the middle level;the consciousness and morality of educational scientific research are above the average level;the theoretical knowledge of educational scientific research is at the middle level;educational scientific research ability and achievement are below the medium level.There are significant differences in terms of the period of teaching and teaching years.Preteacher learning and self-development awareness of education scientific research are internal factors that lead to significant differences,while the demonstrative guidance of educational administrative departments and research staff and educational scientific research evaluation and management system are external factors.In order to improve the educational scientific research literacy of primary and secondary school English teachers,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for teachers,educational administrative departments and normal universities.
