摘　　要：时代担当精神的培育是高职院校学生思想政治教育的重要课题,是高职院校完成立德树人根本任务的基本举措。目前,高职学生的"担当意愿"和"担当能力"是影响其担当精神培育的两个关键因素。因此,必须从道德上的"应该担当"、价值上的"必须担当"和实践中的"能够担当"三个向度全方位培育高职生的时代担当精神。The cultivation of the spirit of era responsibility is an important topic of ideological and political education of higher vocational college students and is the basic measure for higher vocational colleges to complete the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.At present,the"willingness to take responsibility"and"ability to take responsibility"are the two key factors that affect the cultivation of their spirit of responsibility.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the spirit of era responsibility of higher vocational college students from moral,value and practice three aspects.
