摘 要:为适应中国从“制造大国”向“智造大国”的转变,培养一批“人无我有、人有我优”的技能型人才,是技工院校网络专业课程设置与就业指导部门面临的重要课题。大数据信息化系统的应用普及,存储海量的毕业生就业数据。使用数据挖掘技术的关联规则与聚类算法统计分析毕业生就业数据,科学地找出毕业生技术能力与企业岗位需求的客观规律,及时指引专业课程的设置调整与就业指导工作,更好地为企业需求进行人才定向培养。In order to adapt to China's transformation from a big manufacturing country to a big intelligent manufacturing country,it is an important task for the network specialty curriculum setting and employment guidance departments of technical schools to cultivate a batch of skilled talents who are no one has one,and no one has one.The application and popularization of big data information system store a large number of graduate employment data.The association rules and clustering algorithm of data mining technology are used to analyze the employment data of graduates,find out the objective laws of graduates'technical ability and enterprise post demand scientifically,guide the setting adjustment of professional courses and employment guidance work in time,so as to better cultivate talents for enterprise demand.
