摘 要:传统的生物化学实验课堂教学时间和空间有限,学生参与度不高,对关键实验的操作技术掌握不好或有所遗漏,最终导致教学目标难以达成。在中医药院校生物化学实验教学中引入微课程,将实验的重点和难点模块化,利用移动学习或者在线学习,能够有效提高学生的学习积极性和主动性。本文从中医药院校生物化学实验教学中引入微课程的必要性、实验微课程的构建及其意义进行了初步阐述。The traditional teaching of biochemistry experiment is far from satisfaction. The teaching time and space are limited,students’ participation is not high, and the operation technology of key experiments is not well mastered or omitted, which all make the teaching objectives difficult to achieve. Microlectures modularize the key and difficult points of biochemistry experiments.Introducing microlectures into biochemistry experiment teaching in Chinese medical colleges can improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students. In this paper, the necessity of introducing micro-lectures into biochemistry experiment teaching in university of traditional Chinese medicine, the construction of experimental microlecture and its significance are preliminarily expounded.
