摘 要:随着信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,教师信息素养已成为教师发展的重要内容,受到不同国家与学者的多方关注。中小学教师信息素养评估指标体系不仅有利于准确了解教师信息素养状况,还能为培养与发展教师信息素养指明方向。各国已相继发布教师信息素养评估框架或标准,而我国在这方面的研究还较为薄弱。研究通过对国际典型教师信息素养相关评估框架/标准及前人研究成果进行深入剖析,并结合教育信息化领域专家意见和一线教育工作者的实践经验,构建了一套适合我国的中小学教师信息素养评估指标体系,并基于此开展相关评估实践,以期为促进我国中小学教师信息素养发展提供理论支撑和实践参考。With the deep integration of ICT and education,as an important part of teacher development,the information literacy of teachers has attracted much attention from many countries and scholars.The information literacy evaluation for primary and secondary school teachers is an effective way to understand and improve teachers’information literacy,and the evaluation indicator system of information literacy is an important basis for the evaluation.Many countries have put forward the evaluation frameworks or standards of teachers’information literacy,but research on the evaluation indicator system of teachers’information literacy in our country is still relatively weak.Based on the in-depth analysis of typical international frameworks,international standards,and previous research findings related to teachers’information literacy,combined with suggestions from the experts in the field of educational informatization and the practical experience of front-line educators,this study constructs the information literacy evaluation indicator system which is suitable for primary and secondary school teachers in China,and uses the evaluation indicator system to carry out the evaluation practice,in order to provide valuable reference for the research on information literacy of teachers.
