中职生体育自主学习能力培养的研究

摘　　要：中职教育体系所培养的学生与传统应试型教育模式下培养的学生有着一定的差异性,中职生更加注重自学能力及实践能力的培养。对于中职学习阶段的体育生而言,由于他们本身的理论知识体系不够完善,对其进行自主学习能力培养能够更好地帮助体育生巩固基础知识,提高学习成绩。本文通过对自主学习的含义的分析,探究中职体育生自主学习能力培养的方式,仅供参考。System of secondary vocational education to cultivate the students with traditional test-orientated education mode to cultivate students with certain differences,the secondary vocational student’s pay more attention to self-study ability and practice ability training for athletes had secondary vocational learning phase,due to their own system of the theory is not perfect enough,on the autonomous learning ability training to better help sports gave birth to consolidate the basic knowledge,improve academic performance in this article,through the analysis of the meaning of autonomous learning,exploring secondary vocational sports way of cultivating the ability of autonomous learning,for reference only.
