摘  要:培养现代农业创业型人才,是乡村振兴战略和农业产业升级对涉农高职院校人才培养改革提出的新要求,也是培养新型职业化农民、提高涉农专业学生就业质量的人才培养创新实践。改变农业基础薄弱、技术创新能力差、农民职业化素质不高、农业从业人员可持续发展性弱等问题,需要高素质的技术技能型人才的参与,涉农高职院校应依托资源优势,以创业精神和理念为核心,完善"全程化"的人才培养体系,形成特色办学优势。Cultivating modern agricultural entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,is the new requirement put forward by the strategy of rural revitalization and the upgrading of agricultural industry,which is the innovative practice of cultivating new-type professional farmers and improving the employment quality of students related to agriculture.To change the problems of weak agricultural foundation,poor technological innovation ability,low professional quality of farmers,and weak sustainable development of agricultural practitioners,it should improve the participation of high-quality skilled application talents;and the higher vocational colleges involved in agriculture should rely on resource advantages,take entrepreneurship and ideas as the core,promote a whole-process talent cultivation system,and form the school-running advantage with characteristics.
