摘  要:新时代劳动形态呈现出持续迭代、新旧交融、多元并存的特征,要求劳动者重新确立自身在劳动中的存在价值。劳动者不仅应具备在专业领域从事技术工作的能力,同时应具备复合素质以及跨界整合力、沟通协作力,并且仍然要学习掌握从事实体劳动的基本劳动能力。新时代劳动形态要求劳动教育坚持立德树人的教育目的,树立新旧兼容和不断发展的劳动教育内容观,坚持教育与生产劳动相结合的教育方法。In the new era,the labor form presents the characteristics of continuous iteration,blending of the old and the new,and coexistence of multiple,which requires the workers to re-establish the existence value in the labor.Workers should not only have the ability to engage in technical work in the professional field,but also have the compound literacy and ability of cross-border integration,communication and cooperation,and also have to learn to master the basic labor ability to engage in physical labor.In the new era,the form of labor requires that labor education adhere to the educational purpose of“strengthen moral education and cultivate people”,establish a new and old compatible and developing concept of labor education content,and adhere to the educational method of combining education with productive labor.
