摘 要:会计信息化技能是走向会计职业领域的必备要件,会计信息化课程在会计专业课程体系中有着不可或缺的显著地位。将能够激发、调整学习者动机的ARCS动机模型应用于会计专业课程教学过程,渗透于会计信息化课程教学策略,使之与教学策略静态、动态两个维度进行融合设计,并以静态维度的教学内容和动态维度的教学过程为两个横轴、以ARCS动机模型四要素为四个纵轴,构成“矩阵式”融合实施模式。融合实施过程中,教师从学习者角度观测会计信息化课堂参与度及ERP项目操作时效情况进行数据分析,发现融合实施能够实现以兴趣促动机,以动机带兴趣,促使会计信息化教学的有效性得以不断提升,进而改变高职会计专业部分学习者学习动机不强和学习效率不高的现状,同时促进高职会计信息化课程相对传统的教学模式变革,助推会计信息化课程实现高效课堂。Accounting information skills are the necessary elements to the field of accounting profession.Accounting informatization courses have an indispensable and prominent status in the accounting professional curriculum system.The ARCS motivation model which can stimulate and adjust learners'motivation is applied to the teaching process of accounting major course,permeated into the teaching strategy of accounting informatization course,so as to integrate the static and dynamic dimensions of the teaching strategy with the design.The static dimension of the teaching content and the dynamic dimension of the teaching process are two horizontal axes,and the four elements of the arcs motivation model are four vertical axes,forming a"matrix"fusion implementation mode.In the process of integration implementation,teachers observed the accounting informationization classroom participation and ERP project operation timeliness from the perspective of the learner to analyze the data.It is found that the integration implementation can promote the motivation with interest,and promote the effectiveness of accounting information teaching,and then change the learning motivation and learning efficiency of some students of accounting major in higher vocational education.At the same time,it promotes the reform of the traditional teaching mode of accounting informatization course in higher vocational education,and promotes the realization of efficient classroom in accounting informatization course.
