摘 要:目的:探索病理学教学早期见习加强临床渗透的作用及意义。方法:将2016级、2017级本科临床医学专业学生随机分成临床见习班和传统教学班,分别在部分实验课中完成临床见习和传统的验证性实验教学。结果:考试成绩分析发现两班的总成绩无差异;案例分析题临床见习班成绩明显高于传统教学班(P<0.05)。问卷调查分析显示临床见习班学生有93.33%感受到临床氛围和参与度,91.67%认为提高了课程学习兴趣,同时加强了理论和实践的结合。结论:早期开展病理科临床见习,能加强临床知识渗透,使学生真正掌握病理学知识,促进职业精神的塑造,更好地服务于临床实践。[Objective] To explore the role and significance of early internship in pathology teaching. [Method] Among 2016 and 2017 students in clinical medicine, students were randomly divided into clinical probation classes and traditional teaching classes. Complete clinical probation and traditional confirmatory experiment teaching in some experimental classes respectively. [Result] Examination results analysis found that there was no significant difference in the total scores of the two classes;the clinical probation class scores of the case analysis questions were significantly higher than the traditional teaching classes(P<0.05). Questionnaire analysis shows that 93.33% of clinical trainee students feel the clinical atmosphere and participation, and 91.67% think that it has improved the interest in curriculum learning and strengthened the combination of theory and practice. [Conclusion]Early stage apprenticeship in pathology, strengthen clinical knowledge penetration, enable students to truly master pathological knowledge, promote the shaping of professional spirit, and better serve clinical practice.
