摘　　要：文化育人是基于校园文化的更高层位的教育生态系统。以酒泉职业技术学院为实验平台的研究表明,将教育生态学理论导入高职文化育人范畴,可以基于第一课堂、第二课堂、环境课堂、企业课堂,构建形成“四度时空”文化育人体系,提升育人质量,推动高质量发展。其特色在于:基于理念创新,创立了“四度时空”文化育人生态系统;基于方法创新,创建了“四轮驱动”校园文化结构模型;基于路径创新,创设了“产教融合”文化育人生境。Culture education is a higher level of educational ecosystem based on campus culture.The experiments and researches of Jiuquan Vocational Technical College show that applying the theory of educational ecosystem to the fields of culture education of vocational college can build a"four-dimension"which includes the first class,the second class,the environment class and class in enterprises.The results of this research have established a new culture education ecosystem based on idea innovation,a"four-wheel driving"structural model of campus culture based on methods innovation and integration of vocational education with industry environment based on path innovation.
