摘 要:本文阐述了初中英语网上教研在“停课不停学”时期的作用和价值,探讨初中英语网上教研取得成效的经验,即教研员是网上教学的引路人、支持者和促进者,需从“教”和“学”的角度,合理谋划初中英语网上教学的进度、内容、方式和资源,通过任务驱动促进教师专业成长,从而提高初中英语网上教学质量。面对未来线上线下混合教学与教研新的挑战,教研员应有自身的专业发展。This article expounds the role and value of online junior English teaching and research during the period of school suspension,discusses the successful experience of online junior English teaching and learning,that is,teaching researchers are the guiders,supporters and promoters of online teaching and learning,who should plan online English teaching and learning techniques and content resources,promote teachers’professional development by task driven,so as to improve the quality of online English teaching and learning.Facing the new challenges of online and offline blended teaching and research in the future,research staff should have their own professional development.
