摘  要:目的探讨微课结合PBL教学模式在妇产科临床见习中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月—2019年5月,在成都市第五人民医院妇产科见习的五年制本科临床医学专业两个班学生作为研究对象,分别将两个班设为实验组(n=53)与对照组(n=55)。实验组学生实施微课+PBL教学模式,对照组学生采用PBL教学。通过闭卷考试、实践操作考试、问卷调查对两组学生进行教学效果评估。结果实验组成绩考核优良率(92.45%)高于对照组成绩考核优良率(70.91%),差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.241,P=0.025);问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生妇产科的在学习兴趣提升(P=0.0017)、临床思维提升(P=0.0045)、教学方法满意度(P=0.0004)三项指标均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论妇产科临床见习微课结合PBL的教学模式,加强了学生对临床问题的正确把握,有助于学生学习成绩提高,增强了学生对妇产科学习的兴趣,有助于学生临床思维能力提升,值得在妇产科临床教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of micro-class combined with PBL tea-ching mode in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods Undergraduates from two classes of five-year clinical medicine programme who had the internship in department of ob-stetrics and gynecology of Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 we-re chosen as research objects,with one class acting as the experimental group(n=53)while the other as the control group(n=55).Micro-class combined with PBL teaching mode was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group,while PBL teaching was used in the teaching of the con-trol group.After teaching,teaching effects of both groups were evaluated through closed-book ex-am,practical examination as well as questionnaire survey.Results The excellent rate of the ex-perimental group(92.45%)was higher than that of the control group(70.91%),and their dif-ference was statistically significant(Z=2.241,P=0.025).Results of the questionnaire survey showed that students in the experimental group obtained higher indexes than those of the control group in terms of increasing learning interest(P=0.0017),improving clinical thought(P=0.0045)as well as satisfaction of teaching method(P=0.0004),and their differences were of sta-tistical significance.Conclusion Micro-class combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical inter-ship of obstetrics and gynecology strengthens students'correct handling of clinical problems,and is beneficial to improve students'academic performance.In addition,it also boosts students'inter-est in obstetrics and gynecology,and helps promote students'clinical thinking ability.This teach-ing mode is worth promoting in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
