摘 要:小学生工作记忆水平是小学生学习生活的重要能力。小学生工作记忆水平的高低直接影响小学生的学习能力、高级认知活动以及小学生智力的发展。以1~5年级在校学生为研究对象,采用控制组前后测实验设计,对实验组学生进行为期8天共计16课时的工作记忆训练,对照组不做任何实验处理。训练前后对实验组和对照组统一进行自编工作记忆测验。结果:在数字转换A、数字转换B、曼陀罗记忆、系列信息加工(正)、系列信息加工(反)、动作发生过程以及同时信息加工的项目中训练前后的数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过工作记忆的团体训练,可以提升小学生工作记忆注意转换、视觉空间模板、语音回路方面的功能。Primary school students’ working memory level is an important ability of their study and life. The level of pupils’ working memory directly affects learning ability, advanced cognitive activities and the development of their intelligence. In this study, the students in grades 1-5 were used as the research object. The control group was used for pre-and post-test experimental design. The experimental group students were trained for a total of 16 hours of working memory for 8 days. The control group did not do any experimental treatment. Before and after the training,the experimental group and the control group were unified to make their own working memory test. Result: The data before and after training in digital conversion A, digital conversion B, mandala memory, series information processing(positive), series information processing(reverse), action generation process and simultaneous information processing are significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the group training of working memory, the functions of attention conversion, visual space template, and voice circuit of working memory of primary school students can be improved.
