刍议教育科研素养对高职院校教师发展的作用

摘　　要：随着国家当前不断加快高职院校的建设,教师发展也越来越被重视,而科研教育则是其发展的重要因素。所以,教育科研素养在高职院校对教师的发展有重要的意义。基于此,简要分析教育科研素养对高职院校教师发展的作用。As the country continues to accelerate the construction of higher vocational colleges,the development of teachers has also been paid more and more attention,and scientific research education is an important factor in its development.Therefore,education and research attainment in vocational colleges is of great significance to the development of teachers.This article briefly analyzes the effect of education and research literacy on the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges for reference only.
