摘 要:中医外科学是一门将基础理论应用于临床实践的学科,重在帮助学生掌握中医外科学辨证分析能力及相关技能操作,以提高学生中医临证思维及诊疗技能。本文通过对LBL-PBL教学模式、PAD教学模式、CBL联合RISE教学模式、床旁教学法、技能操作培训和考核体系建设的文献分析,从中医外科学教学现状、目标、内容、方法及评价体系等方面进行探讨,据其学科特点,合理制定实践教学方案,完善实践教学体系,为建立适用于中医外科学的先进培养模式提供理论依据。Surgery of traditional Chinese medicine is a discipline that applies basic theory to clinical practice.It focuses on helping students master the ability of TCM syndrome differentiation and analysis and related skills to improve students'TCM clinical thinking and diagnosis skills.Through the literature analysis of LBL-PBL teaching mode,PAD teaching mode,CBL combined RISE teaching mode,bed teaching method,skill operation training and assessment system construction,the status quo,objectives,contents,methods and evaluation system of TCM surgery teaching in other aspects,according to the characteristics of its disciplines,rationally formulate practical teaching programs,improve the practical teaching system,and provide theoretical basis for the establishment of advanced training models for surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.
